Photography, videography, drone, 3D tours and floor plans are booked per listing — take one or all of them. Agent Brand Lab runs on a monthly retainer. Either way, you get the exact scope and pricing in writing before anything is booked.
Listing shoots are priced by the home's square footage, and you see the exact price as you choose what you need on our booking page. Agent Brand Lab plans run $1,600 to $2,100 a month for 4 to 6 videos.
Photos are usually ready the same day or the next day. Videos take one to two days to edit and send. Agent Brand Lab videos are planned a month ahead, so there is always something ready to post.
Yes, under an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate. Properties near airports or in controlled airspace need an authorization that takes time, so tell us the address early. High wind or rain can ground a flight even when the rest of the shoot goes ahead.
No. Listing shoots are booked one listing at a time. Agent Brand Lab starts with a 3-month commitment so the work has a fair runway, then goes month-to-month.
Yes. Photography, filming, drone, editing and color are all in-house. Nothing goes to an outsourced freelancer — which is why the work looks like your business, not anyone's.
Yes. We work with individual agents, teams and brokerages. Whether it's one listing or every listing in the office, it's booked the same way.
