Privacy Policy

When you submit our contact form we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, and optionally your business name, phone number, budget range, and the message you write. We collect this only to respond to your inquiry.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

Your submission is emailed directly to hello@adreachstudios.com so we can reply. We use it to respond to you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our correspondence.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and how they arrived. It sets cookies and records a shortened form of your IP address. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not combine it with anything you send us through the contact form.

We use HubSpot's tracking code. It sets cookies that recognize your browser across visits, so that if you later send us an inquiry we can see which pages led you to it. That tells us which parts of this site actually start conversations. You can clear these cookies at any time through your browser, and blocking them does not stop you using any part of the site.

Our contact form is delivered by Resend, an email service provider. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox.

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially useful — typically the life of a client relationship, or up to two years for inquiries that don't proceed.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@adreachstudios.com and we'll action it.
