Shore towns we serve.
Shooting a shore listing.
A shore home is sold on its setting as much as its rooms. These are the things we plan around.
Show the water
Oceanfront, bayfront or on a lagoon, the water is a large part of the price. Drone photos and video show the home and the water in one frame, and how far it is to the beach.
Docks and bulkheads
For a lagoon or riverfront home, buyers want to see the dock, the bulkhead and the route out to open water. Aerials show them clearly.
Sunsets over the bay
Bayfront homes on the barrier islands face west, toward the sunset. A twilight shoot captures the view buyers are paying for.
Wind and weather
Wind off the ocean can ground a drone. If the interiors go ahead, the aerials can usually move to another day.
Buyers who live elsewhere
Many shore buyers are buying a second home from out of the area. A 3D tour and a floor plan let them walk the home before they make the drive.
Raised and compact homes
Raised homes with living space over parking, and compact beach cottages, can be hard to read in photos. A floor plan shows how the space works.

Common questions, direct answers.
If yours isn't here, ask us — we answer straight.
Yes, across the Monmouth and Ocean County shore towns listed on this page. Book online: pick your services, see your price and choose a day, Monday to Saturday, at least 3 days ahead.
Usually, yes. We fly under an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate and check the airspace for every address before the shoot. Some shore towns restrict flying over beaches and boardwalks, so we normally launch from the property itself.
If the interiors can go ahead, we shoot them and move the aerials to another day. If the forecast looks bad, talk to us before the 24-hour cancellation cutoff about moving the whole shoot.
Photos are usually ready the same day or the next day. Videos take two to three days to edit and send.
